The BIC Pen Experiment: Part 2, Update
Hello, hello! I'm back to quickly share how much of the BIC pen is used up. It's most likely psychological but it feels like the ink is getting used up faster now. It almost feels like I'm using a gel pen with how much it's getting lower after every page I finish.

This is a photo of how much ink is left, I'd say it's more than halfway through the barrel at 24 pages of filler paper writing. Obviously, more factors could be part of how much ink I'm using but this little experiment is very fun. It gives me a weird sense of accomplishment too because I feel like I'm making a dent on the millions of pens I've bought over the years but have never finished.
It's probably really not that deep to try to use up a pen but with the cost of everything getting higher by the second, I'm putting more and more effort to use up what I already have in my own house instead of go out and buy more. I'm also on a student budget and will be in the next couple of years so I'm practicing to be more mindful of where my money is going.
Suffice to say, I'm so close to finishing my first ballpoint pen, my journalling habit is getting stronger and my thoughts feel clearer. I can't wait to see this pen empty!
